5/24 -- 1:53 AM (Eastern Time)

Elizabethtown was pretty sweet. I went to the welcome center and bought a postcard for 25¢, and then when i told the lady i liked the movie, she gave me like 4 more postcards and a poster from the movie for free. Pretty sweet deal. I tried to find a library to get on a computer to update my fantasy baseball team, but the directions the AAA lady gave me didn't do me any good. So, i took the map she gave me and went to the building it said was a library. But, it was not a library; it was a city hall. So i asked the hot girl washing the windows there if she knew where the library was, but she didn't, so she asked her ugly friend. The ugly friend was very helful, and her directions got me to the library...finally. After that, i took a long walk around the lake there. That was really cool, and after getting a meatball sub at subway, i mosied on my merry way. As i was driving tonight, the raddest thing happened: I hit a firefly. It was like someone broke a glowstick on my windshield. It was especially cool for me because i had never even seen a firefly before, so it was somewhat of a mythical creature to me, and then SPLAT! Right there in front of me. Now i'm at a rest area in Illinois headed toward St. Louis. Time for sleep.
